Design-4 is my residential remodeling company that has been successful working with homeowners to repair or remodel parts of their home.  What makes my company different is unique ideas, quality work for a reasonable hourly rate.  I like to partner with you to design and make the changes that work for you.  My business has been successfully operating for  6 years. I can do small jobs like replace a faucet or build a 3 level additions. I have remodeled bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and basements, along with building additions.  I can give you a firm bid, however most of my clients prefer a bill of time and material. My labor rate is $30/hr on these time and material projects. We discuss up front the project with materials and cost upfront. The best way to know my work is thru my references.
